Application Procedures:

1.Asking for the booth map & exhibition contracts from organizing committee , after booth selected filled in the contract application and faxed to organizing committee after stamped , we will confirm receipt of your application contract then can keep the application booth.

2.Booth allocation principle: “First apply, first pay, first arranged double opening booth 20% surcharge fee.

3.Need pay the exhibition fee between five working days by Telegraphic transfer or pay to organizing committee directly

4.Exhibitors need send the bank receipt to organizer committee by fax after the payment .

5.After organizer committee receive the bank receipt,Organizer committee will send the "Exhibitor Manual" to each exhibitor one month earlier before exhibition start.
